- Passion for AI technology, especially large language models (LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
- Ability to conduct independent research, analyze results, and experiment effectively.
- Experience using AI tools.
- Educational background in Information Technology, Linguistics, Psychology, or a related field.
